MR. AMIT BAJAJ

B.Com. FCA, AICWA.

Mr. Amit Chandrakumar Bajaj, the partner, is a graduate in commerce from Nagpur University. He was a scholarship holder in HSSC. He was admitted as an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2000. He has also acquired the Cost & Works Accounting degree of ICWAI in 1999. He is the founder of the firm and is a FELLOW member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has experience of more than 18years in the fields of Direct Taxes, Auditing i.e. Internal Audit, Pre-Audit, and Statutory Audit, Management Audit, System Audit, Accounting, Tax consultancy, and Management Consultancy. Mr. Amit Bajaj has been the very essence of our firm. He is well known for his calm composure, deep knowledge of the subject matter, updated knowledge of case laws and love for Direct Taxes when he is representing a client. He is a visionary who has abetted the phenomenal growth of the company. His vision and outlook is so tremendous that it cannot be matched easily and is respected by many corporate and strategists that want to expand.

MS. NISHI SONI

B.Com. ACA, DISA

Ms. Soni qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2017 and is enrolled as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since then. She certificated as DISA (Diploma in Information System Audit) in 2018 and is a commerce graduate from Nagpur University. Ms. Soni is a partner with the firm M/s Amit Bajaj & Co., Nagpur for the past year and is heading the Accounts and Audit Section of the firm. She has wide experience in finalization of accounts, Statutory audits, VAT audits, Internal audits & GST compliances. She also handles complex assessment proceedings, appeals cases before various tax authorities with complete ease and expertise. She did her articles from Nagpur and Balaghat and gained knowledge about the practical applicability of the basics of the subjects. Bank Audits, Income tax, Service Tax, VAT etc. were the major areas polished during the articleship period. Before joining the current firm, Ms. Soni has earlier worked with firms M/s Vijay Chandak & Co. and M/s Ravindra Lashkare & Associates-both based in Nagpur. She handled Audits assignments in both of these firms. Ms. Soni is also holding a Certificate of Practice and is a proprietor of the CA firm M/s Nishi Soni & Associates since 2018. Her smart work with the result-oriented approach is one of her many strengths. Apart from her passion for taxation, she also holds an avid interest in traveling.

MR. ATUL RAJWADKAR

(ASSOCIATE) CA

Mr. Rajwadkar is a Qualified Chartered Accountant, Insolvency Professional and Certified Forensic Auditor (ICAI) with a working experience of over 18 years. He specializes in the area of Debt Syndication, Stressed Assets Resolution and AlternativeInvestment Strategies. He is impaneled with various banks like PNB, OBC, Bol, Canara Bank, etc as Insolvency Professional and has experience in large infrastructure projects and Equity Investment deals. He deals with various government authorities &is well versed with legal documentation & compliance. He has also handled Special Investigation Audit and his achievements are beyond comparison.

MR. MUKUND PAGE

Finance & Accounts CA (ASSOCIATE)

Mr. Page is a Chartered Accountant by profession, with an experience of about 20 years in the field of finance. Mr. Page is an expert in accounting compliances and GST. He has in-depth knowledge of subject matters including direct & Indirect Taxes like Income Tax, VAT & GST and other taxation services. He advises business & startups on tax and regulatory efficient entity structures and bookkeeping. He also deals with DGFT and EXIM work and project finance services.

MISS. MEENAKSHI CHOWDHURY

M.Com.

An experienced hand at M/s. Amit Bajaj & Co. is one of the oldest employees working with the firm for past 15 years. A post-graduate in commerce, she is well versed in computers and looks after HR, assignments and data systems. Leadership qualities, ability to get along with the people, patience and communication skills have made her key person in the organization. She is very good at handling administrative and professional matters on a day to day basis, preparing short and medium-term plans for the organization are some of the functions discharged by her. Ms. Chowdhury has been associated with the firm since the beginning of her career. Her knowledge and passion for work have helped achieve impossible tasks with ease.
